Scout Payments

Step 1 – Register with Cub Scout Pack 28 on BeAScout (https://beascout.scouting.org/)

Search using the 78751 Zip Code to find our Pack under the name of “Pack 0028 First English Lutheran Church”.  Select apply now. You’ll need to create an account if you don’t already have one.

At the end of the application process, you will be asked to make a registration payment to join BSA Nationals.

Step 2- Join or Renew with Pack 28 at a Local Level

Annual Pack 28 dues ($150) may be paid by either check (made payable to Cub Scout Pack 28) or through Venmo. If you prefer to pay by Venmo, please reach out to pack28atx@gmail.com for the Venmo handle of our Pack Treasurer.

Your pack dues help to pay for:

• Rank and Adventures Awards
• Class B Pack T-Shirt
• Campouts and Offsite Activities
• Rocket Launch – Rocket Kits and Engines
• Pinewood Derby – Car Kits and Race Equipment
• Arts and Crafts Expenses

2023 Deadlines

• September 22nd: All scouts must have completed their BSA Nationals registration / renewal and paid their Pack 28 annual program dues by first Pack Meeting.
  • Registering with BSA populates scout name into Den Roster allowing them to receive credit towards achievements and rank advancements.
  • Class B Scout t-shirts and rocket kits for the October 6th launch will be handed out for all registered and paid scouts.

Step 3 – Come to our Pack Event and Let’s Get Scouting!
